It’s that time of year again when we write to inform you of the call for the submission of Street Arts productions for their possible inclusion in UMORE AZOKA – LEIOA Fair & Festival of Street Arts, which is to be held on 18, 19, 20 and 21 May 2017.
Umore Azoka is approaching to this 18th edition as a consolidated festival and an outstanding market in Street Arts, not only in Spain but also worldwide.
For four days, Leioa provides a unique arena for companies, distributors, programmers and press to experience street theatre in its purest form. It provides an opportunity to make contacts, share ideas, present shows and book performances; a scenario in which to live and breathe street theatre the whole day through. The entire event is attended by an audience that pours out onto the streets, ready to take part and actively engage in each one of the performances shown.
Umore Azoka is the perfect setting for all kind of Street Arts. Fifty Basque, Spanish and foreign companies will be selected to show in Leioa their artistic projects.
